HaloDrama provides a platform for streaming short-form dramatic video content ("Content"). The App offers both free, ad-supported access and premium, subscription-based access to its Content library.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
Free Tier: Access to a limited selection of Content with advertisements.
Premium Subscription: Provides ad-free access to the full Content library for a recurring fee.
Payment: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring periodic basis. Payments are processed through the official app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings in the respective app store.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
No Refunds: All payments are final. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused portions of a subscription, except as required by law.
You agree not to use the App to:
Violate any laws or regulations.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall HaloDrama, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
